If you have been wishing you could shake the hold of your phone but need support, we can work together on a treatment plan for you. As a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Level 1 Professional and a social worker, I offer a neurobiological and psychodynamic approach to restoring your attention, contentment and peace.

Group Support-A group provides a safe space for motivated individuals to offer and receive support from one another as they consider lifestyle changes. Relating to your fellow humans in real life can be an antidote to the isolation your feed has caused.

Individual Adults-You are motivated enough to identify which devices and forms of media are most destructive for you, and together we develop a detox plan and follow through with ongoing, supportive psychotherapy. You may have noticed a dip in your quality of life since the advent of social media and the smartphone, and you are looking to reclaim some more daily contentment.

Couples-You are in this together and desiring to be more present for one another. You have both identified that distraction is a barrier to quality time, and most of the time the source of distraction is the phone. Most couples need help from time to time with communicating and with conflict. If device use is a shared concern, and is getting in the way of working together on a dynamic issue, ongoing couples work after a detox can be a safe place to get help in staying together.

Families-You are all in this together. To support your children's development and mental health, we implement changes in their best interest to protect and empower them from falling into Big Tech's addictive trappings. I support you when these changes are difficult, and we work together on modeling healthy digital behavior for the entire family's benefit. Prevention is always easier than treatment, so expectant and postpartum families may consider this an ideal time to begin.
